I found it a good service, I lost ticket, but soon sorted.

Excellent service. We unfortunately kept the bus waiting as we reported a damaged case - but it waited for us. Then we got help to start after finding we had a flat battery. Will use again.

This is the second time I've used East Midlands Airparks Services and would recommend it highly. Booking was straightforward, staff were very helpful and transfers were quick.

Very convenient, only a few minutes bus ride into the airport. Bus stop is very close to the arrivals door, good on return but a bit of a trek on departure. Buses seem quite frequent, we only had to wait about 10 minutes under cover.

Everything went really smoothly with no problems at all. Didn't have to wait long to be dropped off or picked up. Have used Park and Go before and will continue to do so in the future.
